Also fall under the amnesty with tuberculosis, other diseases, the participants of the Second World War, military operations in other states, as well as members of the military conflict in Tajikistan, the participants in the liquidation of the Chernobyl accident, the owners of the state awards of the USSR, the Tajik SSR and the Republic of Tajikistan.
