Tajik president introduces number of staff changes

Avesta.Tj | 19.06.2015 | Tajik President Emomali Rahmon on Friday introduced a number of staff changes, the presidential press service said.


 

President Rahmon appointed six young promising personnel to executive positions in the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).


 

Juma Davlatov, formerly presidential assistant on legal issues also president’s plenipotentiary representative in parliament, was appointed to head the Tajik Public Service Agency.


 

Karim Kholov was appointed director-general of Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) Tojiktransgaz (Tajik state natural gas distributor) and Saydi Qodirzoda was appointed to head the Antimonopoly Agency.


 

Besides, Sadriddin Shamsiddinzoda was appointed deputy director of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting, and Nazira Qalandarbekova, formerly director of TV Station Badakhshan, was appointed deputy head of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting.


 

Zevar Davlatova was also relieved of her post of director of Children’s TV Channel Bahoriston in connection with transfer to other job. She was appointed director of the Channel Safina, replacing Lutfullo Davlatov, who was appointed to head the Tajik State Academic Drama Theater named after Abulqosim Lohouti.


 

Dilafruz Amirzoda, formerly deputy director of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting, was appointed to head the Children’s TV Channel Bahoriston.


 

Zorobididn Qosimi, formerly adviser for the presidential press service, was appointed director of the national news agency Khovar.


 

Qurbonali Rahmonzoda, who had previously served as senior adviser to the presidential assistant for social development and public relations, was appointed editor-in-chief of Jumhuriyat (government-run newspaper), replacing Muhammad Ghoib, who was retired for age reasons.
