Avesta.Tj | 29.11.2011 | Court of Kuran-tube of a local resident was sentenced to six Mirzodzhona Toirova years in prison for insulting the president.

According to Radio "Ozodi" (Freedom), 37-year-old of Kurgan- Tube citizen, was also charged with resisting authority, violation of public order (disorderly conduct).

Mirzodzhon MRO was released from prison in September this year, according to the law, "" On Amnesty ", signed by the President in honor of the 20th anniversary of Tajikistan's independence.

As follows from the case, one day after his release, maintenance and repair of personal animosity to the local inspector attacked in his office. During the arrest, he resisted the police.

At the same MRO uttered obscene words to the official authorities and the president in particular.

According to Law of  Republic of Tajikistan, a person who publicly insulted the honor and dignity of the head of state is criminally liable.
